Thought leadership content is a key strategy for my coaching and consulting business. A recent article about people pleasing as a leader led directly to increased community engagement, referrals and organic leads.

As part of my communications consulting work, I also occasionally step in to develop messaging and content. In the case of Culture Refinery, a professional development and DEI consultancy, I crafted a series of blog posts on topics including training, employee engagement, and DEI. 

Website Architecture and Copy

In 2017, I helped HPN radically update its messaging to appeal to a new avenue of funders. As part of that process, I led a full website overhaul from the design concept to crafting the content HPN still relies on to tell its story today. 

In 2021, I helped DESiGNxRI’s founder prepare for her departure by shifting the organization’s messaging from an outdated, grantmaker focus to a more modern, concise, community focus to appeal to a new generation of leaders and members.

Email

When Faith In Action National needed support engaging their email list to reach their Q4 activism and fundraising goals, I provided twice-weekly emails written in the voices of various organizational leaders about critical political and community issues to get them to the finish line.

Marketing Copy Case Studies

In the 2010s, Stonyfield was just beginning to embrace multi-channel campaigns for brand awareness, reputation building, and consumer engagement. I worked cross-functionally with brand managers to create creative and cohesive messaging across digital media, public relations, on-pack, and in-store.

White Papers

In 2019, I edited and ghost wrote on an HPN Policy VP’s industry-recognized study on a critical aspect of affordable housing as part of a collection of thought leadership white papers.
